OUR AFRICENTRIC YOUTH ECONOMY I OUR LAUNCH PRODUCTS

Some people may wonder why we started our delivery of the Africentric Youth Economy with our three Launch products – Know Your Africa Quiz App, our Africentric Fashion Line and Personal Development Workshops.

The answer is simple. For us to awaken the giant within every young African and child, we must first start with building content of character. This means understanding the effects of colonisation on our minds. Regardless of what happened and who did what, the damage was deep and severe, therefore accepting the reality of this damage is the honest place to start.

Our Know Your Africa Quiz app is designed to remind us of the things we must be grateful for especially the memories, cultures, customs, traditions, cuisines, music, dance, art, geographical landscapes and wild life that survived the African holocaust.

Our Fashion Line is about bridging the gap between the past and the present, the traditional and modern colours, patterns, fabrics and styles that represent the African essence in its splendid diversity. What we wear says a lot about who we are.

Our Personal Development workshops build on the remembering of who we are, the memories from the quiz, the expression of confidence in who are becoming once again, to prepare us for the work of becoming the builders of the future. The workshops cover a range of themes from confidence building, communication skills and resilience to personal growth, time management, conflict resolution, financial and digital literacy.
